It´s always like that, wine is fashion, is fun, is also a mysterious world kept by the nasty French people!!!!!
Let me open you the mysterious ways of the tasting!
Nothing magic, nothing tricky or boring, I invite you to learn, enjoy and have fun at the same time!
My philosophy is to help people to open their senses, share their experience but also learn in a warm and friendly atmosphere. I am passionate about wines, studied and work in this business during several years, and feel really privileged to have met some amazing winemakers around the world. I am specialized in French and Spanish wines and focus all my courses on the flavors tasting.
All the wine tastings come with some food pairing, because I do not understand wine without it. Food pairing is probably the most difficult part of the gastronomy, but it is also the most rewarding. Besides, I personally cook all the small bites that will pair with the wines.
Wines and food are made to feed the body and the soul. It is a friendship generator and keeper.

Groups are minimum 4 and up to 15 persons, for beginners and wine lovers with an international background. Classes usually take place during the weekend in Haarlem.

Tailored made programme:
Besides the available programme and schedule, it is possible to organize a private tasting for a group of friends or colleagues for a special occasion (birthdays, bachelor´s parties). Team building options are also available with blind tastings.
The wine tasting can take place at Appetit Voyage HQ or a suggested location.
Courses are available in English, but also French and Spanish if requested.
